- report any anti-Ukrainian hate in social media, messages that are from Russian trolls, etc., anti-Ukrainian things that have to confuse people and spread propaganda

- find LEGIT ways to help Ukraine/any refugees if they’re coming (that is, any verified & real sources of help etc.)

Hi everyone,

in the upcoming days I plan to finally post some longer journal and this time it will be about an app called PicsArt. What's the deal? I used it for years - for editing pics and digital art. I also used some other apps but this was my most often used one - and it was really good. Long story short, I will describe how the app changed for worse. Now you should also be aware it became useless if you don't have a subscription - which costs money. Yeah, they don't allow you to do anything now without the Gold version. THEY EVEN BLOCK YOUR ABILITY TO SCREENCAP. I'll describe it further in another journal. So far, beware of this app and don't give them money. This is really frustrating to know that the app which was always free to download is now doing something like that to its users.

You're free to recommend me any good apps that you know of (and which are free). I need both things for editing photos and for making digital art. So far I know and I like Tayasui Sketches, Paper 53, Adobe Illustrator Draw.

Started this day by reading ”Hunting of the Snark” in a translation of Robert Stiller. I have already read it before (in Polish & English).

Everyone is so freaking crazy XD Carroll, his characters, Robert Stiller. Except I hate Stiller and not the others. Go read his footnotes and in the midst of laughter and glee there’s random roasting of others translators whose he always find inferior to himself.

As a bonus, the afterword by the translator offers you some facts about Carroll mixed with a reflection about his influence in literature and various disagreeable fantasies of Stiller - you might make-believe Carroll’s rooms at Oxford were a sort of mansion or a castle, idk. I suspect he can be credited as the source of a few false anecdotes that exist in the sphere of Polish texts.

So that was my rant on Robert Stiller. I wonder if it’s the first one in the upcoming series.

No words can tell how amazing this year has been for me!

Though the pandemic changed everyone’s life, beside this problem my heart was generally great. I mean, really wonderful. Probably the best year ever in my life. A year of a few trials but also many great things.

A decade of my biggest obsession too. How life changed since then.

Today I was compiling a dream journal for the whole year - because I wrote down my dreams in a few files and now I’m putting them all in one big file... All my dreams in 2020 fill about 100 pages! And the font is Arial 11 if I remember... Can you imagine! I never written such a long story yet but my dreams are a kind of stories! I’, curious what I will dream about in 2021~
